MARKET UPDATE APRIL 2020
In todays market, we as real estate agents, are adapting to the changes with becoming a virtual office.
If you are thinking about selling your home or interested in purchasing a home in the Orange County area I am prepared to meet with you virtually on facetime or Zoom and answer all your questions.
All my listings, this year, will have 3D video tours for buyers to view on line before making a private showing appointment. I would like to be sure the Buyer’s like the home, first, before scheduling their showing and they will need to provide the Seller with a qualification letter, from their lender. Then we can go through the home.
Of course, keeping our social distance as we go through the home and I highly recommend wearing a mask and gloves for everyone’s protection.
As for the real estate market, I have been following a couple of great economist, that have been right on point, in the pas,t with our market and they said the Orange County real estate market will not be that effected, due to very low interest rates and low inventory. We always have buyers looking for homes in our area.
